Im Radiosender meines Vertrauens (Baden FM) lief wieder mal  „Funky Cold Medina“ von Tone Loc aus dem Jahr 1989.

Mir gefiel immer die Mischung aus HipHop und Funk(!) sowie die lustige Wendung die Songtext und Video am Ende nehmen.
Zur Warnung: Der Text ist nicht ganz jugendfrei 😉

„Funky Cold Medina“, das soll der Name eines Cocktails sein, den es zunächst nur in der Fantasie des Songtexters gab – gewitzte Bartender haben dann auch einen Drink dazu erfunden.

Funky Cold Medina

---

Zutaten

• 3 cl Wodka
• 3 cl Blue Curacao
• 3 cl Southern Comfort
• 3 cl Cranberry-Saft
• Eiswürfel
• Kiwi-Scheibe als Deko

Zubereitung

Cocktail-Glas mit Eiswürfeln füllen, Wodka, Blue Curacao, Southern Comfort darüber gießen. Anschließend mit Cranberry-Saft auffüllen.
Zum Servieren mit einer Kiwi-Scheibe dekorieren, Strohhalm rein und fertig!

Funky Cold Medina

Ingredients

1 oz vodka
1 oz blue curacao
1 oz Southern Comfort
1 oz cranberry juice
Ice Cubes
1 kiwi slice

Preparation

Fill cocktail glass with ice cubes. Pour vodka, Blue Curacao, Southern Comfort. Then fill with cranberry juice. To serve, decorate with a kiwi slice, add a straw  – done!
