Zum heutigen St. Patrick’s Day (17. März) habe ich mir wieder mal etwas einfallen lassen:
Das Irische Kleeblatt aus Waldmeister-Götterspeise. Ich habe dafür Silikon 4 Muffin-Förmchen in Herzform verwendet – leider hat sich die Götterspeise nicht so gut daraus lösen lassen, aber immerhin – der Wille zählt und ich finde, man kann durchaus ein vierblättriges Kleeblatt erkennen – die Nationalpflanze Irlands.
Das Kleeblatt (Shamrock) schwimmt in einem See aus Vanillesauce.

For today’s St. Patrick’s Day (17 March) I have something special for you:
The Irish Shamrock made from woodruff jelly. It filled 4 heart shaped silicone muffin molds with the jelly/jello – unfortunately I could not get it out of the mold very well, but still – it is the idea that counts and I think you can recognise a four leaf clover /Shamrock- the national symbol flower of Ireland.
The Shamrock lies in a sea of vanilla custard.
